We provide communication systems and related services. The exact specifications, features, and scope are detailed in the respective contract or service description.
The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the systems. The customer is obligated to use the systems as intended and to comply with all applicable laws.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, we are only liable in case of a breach of essential contractual obligations, up to a maximum of the contract-typical, foreseeable damage.
Contracts are valid for the agreed term. Termination for good cause is possible at any time. Upon contract end, the usage right expires and the customer must deactivate all access.
We reserve the right to adjust these Terms of Use. Changes will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner. If the customer does not object within four weeks, the amended terms are considered accepted.
